Try to start /opt/kde4-deps/bin/gpg-agent:

$ ./gpg-agent 
gpg-agent[6863]: can't connect to `/Users/emanuel/.gnupg/S.gpg-agent': No such
file or directory
gpg-agent: Der gpg-agent läuft nicht für diese Session

(Tested with Kontact/Mac installer 20081105)
