[Kolab-devel] [issue3213] Kontact/Mac: Kontact name and icon missing in "kill application list"

Run Kontact.
Open "kill application list dialog" with [cmd]+[alt]+[esc].
-> Kontact name and icon is missing in this list.

Tested with Kontact/Mac installer 20081105.
