Hi,
While testing debian packages (kolab 2.2rc3 with horde 3.2rc3), I've done the
following:
* create a mailbox (mathieuDOTparentATsathieuDOTnet) 
* access to it with debian's kontact 3.5.9 (this created
user/mathieuDOTparent/AgendaATsathieuDOTnet and other folders)
* created an event for tomorrow
* synchronized IMAP folders (to be sure)
* Then with a web browser :
https://kolab.local.sathieu.net/freebusy/mathieuDOTparentATsathieuDOTnet.ifb

this shows an empty calendar:
