Calendar: 
A user creates a new event and has added too much emtpy attendees. Then he wants
to delete them with some clicks on remove.
But after the first click on "Remove" no attendee is selected, so he has to
select the next empty attendee,...
If a attendee is deleted, the attendee under the deleted attendee should be
selected. (Same behaviour as in the mail view.)
