The rejection of a counter proposal is sent to the organizer, not to the
attendee who did the counter proposal.

Test:
1. User A creates a new event and invites B.
2. B syncs and create a counter proposal to this invitation.
3. A syncs and declines the counter proposal.
After A syncs again, he sees that he rejected the counter proposal. B isn't 
informed about the rejection after all.
