Observed with Kontact enterprise rev. 783247:

The user receives an invitation by mail and clicks on the [Accept] button.  No
new entry shows up in the calendar.  Also, if the user has multiple calendar
folders, he is not asked in which to store the new event.  Now quit kontact and
restart it.  Now the user is asked where to store the new event and the event
finally shows up.

A similar thing happens for update mails.

With kontact enterprise rev. 769476, new events and updates to events show up in
the calendar immediately (after asking for the folder if necessary).
