Split from kolab/issue2495 (The reply to an invitation with umlauts of a group
account doesn't display the umlauts.):
In the "accepted" mail, umlauts and the euro sign are correct.
In the "cancelled" mail, the umlauts are correct, but the euro sign is replaced
by a question mark.
Looks like some confusion with latin1 vs. latin9.
(I thought everything is UTF-8 now?)
This may have worse effects with other languages, therefore bug instead of minor
bug.
