[Kolab-devel] [issue2529] Email attachment overlay view, header style "enterprise": fold button should vanish, if the mail has no attachments.

If a mail has no attachment, no show/hide attachment list button should be shown
in the header style "enterprise" and "fancy".

Test:
1. Acivate "enterprise" header style
2. Select a mail with attachment.
3. Hide the attachment list.
4. Select a mail without an attachment.
=> the mail is displayed with a Show attachment list button.
5. Click on the Show attachment list button.
=> The button vanishes.
This is confusing for the user.
