Is it okay that I commit the attach patch?
It makes it possible to install the sesssion_vars.php file, which is a
file with configuration settings, in e.g. /etc/kolab.  At the moment the
location of the file is bound to the @phplibdir2@/@kolab_php_module_prefix@
variables.  This is not desired as it is than stored in e.g. /usr, which
could be a readonly file system, preventing kolabconf to succesfully write
the session_vars.php file.  Having /usr as a readonly filesystem is a
good security policy.
