In the calendar side by side view:
The resource columns should be in the same order as the resource folder in the
resource view.
E.g in one of my test account the order in the resource view is:
My Journal
My Kalender
My Tasks
My Test-Calendar
My Test-Calendar/Test-Sub-Calendar

But the columns are in the order : My Test-Calendar/Test-Sub-Calendar,My
Kalender, My Test-Calendar.
Both order should be the same.
