[Kolab-devel] [issue2781] Option to disable "-- " before signature

Some people want to add their name or a greeting before the actual signature or
don't want to have a real signature at all. An option to disable the
dash-dash-space would fit this need.

(maybe that bug was introduced because someone wanted the quoted text not being
separated from the reply by "-- "?)
