I found an email in our spam quarantine without having amavisd's X-Spam-Status
header added:

The above was on a production server running 2.2rc2, a test server running
2.2rc3 added the following header:
X-Spam-Status: Yes, score=4.724 tag=3 tag2=3 kill=3 tests=[AWL=0.525,
        FORGED_MUA_OUTLOOK=4.199]
