Windows with kdepimlibs 816309 and kdepim 816314.
When accepting an invitation and looking into the calender, there is no entry.
Having two calender folders, there is no question where to enter the 
appointment. The confirmation email goes out correctly in both cases.

After a restart the appointment can be seen.
(Just de- and enabling the folder in the calender view does not help.)
Or the question is asked.

This issue is split out from kolab/issue2705 (kontact win crashes when 
accepting invitation confirmation)
