A wish that I have heard from two customers over the years:  
It would be cool if users could be prevented from sending emails  
when they are close to filling up their quota.  
  
Of course optional and configurable. 
Let us say 90% quota the user will get send an email and 
other emails would not be accepted by postfix anymore. 
It sure would to wonders to the motivation to cleanup your quota space...
