[Kolab-devel] [issue2953] KMail Reader: header attachment icon is not draggable

1. Open a message with attachment.
2. Verify there's an icon for it at the top (in the headers box) and at the 
bottom, otherwise change your config.
3. Drag the bottom icon -> works
4. Drag the top icon -> doesn't work (no drag is started)

Expected: top icon, too, should be draggable.
