Tip of the Day in Kontact Version 1.2.9 (enterprise35 20080704.827950):

...that it is possible to show the current time in the calendar? Enable the
current time line in the dialog which appears after selecting Settings,
Configure KOrganizer... from the menu bar.

There is no "Configure KOrganizer", but only "Configure Calendar". And in the
appearing dialog you need to click on "Views" before the "current-time (Marcus
Bains)" setting is visible.
