The implementation of kolab/issue1693 (Automatically trigger f/b cache
regeneration) generally works, but if there are invalid folders it aborts with
e.g. "Folder user/foo/Calendar at example.com does not exist!" or similar error.

1. it should try to generate f/b cache for the following folders
2. it should print a list of failed folders at the end
