[Kolab-devel] [issue2888] Authentication dialog doesn't remember "do not save password" flag

When sending an email, a dialog pops up if you didn't save the password for
authentication last time. In this authentication dialog one may specify by
checkbox that the password should not be stored. The next time this dialog comes
up, it forgot the previous setting for that checkbox. One has to specify "i
don't want to save passwords" again and again.
