[Kolab-devel] [issue2883] No default identity for creating a new appointment

When using kontact after a fresh install (everything configured, mail can be
fetched) and then creating a new appointment, in some cases the field "Identität
als Organisator" (sorry for the German ;-) is not set to any reasonable value.
If finishing such an appointment entry, an error message is displayed a la
"E-Mail Adresse auswählen, keine Ihrer Identitäten passt zum Empfänger". The
event is not created then, Mails are not sent to participants. Unfortunately,
the message doesn't specifiy where to set an appropriate email address (guess:
in kmail config, reply-to address?).
