[Kolab-devel] [issue2855] Can create folder while logging in as user without domain name

I logged into cyrus with cyradm and missed the domain name
($ cyradm --user r.test neso.test.hq 
instead of 
$ cyradm  --user r.test at test.hq neso.test.hq)
But I was able to enter with my passwd and create mailboxes.
The mailboxes are written to 
/kolab/var/imapd/spool/r/user/r^test
instead of
/kolab/var/imapd/spool/domain/t/test.hq/r/user/r^test

I think I shouldn't be able to create folder at 
/kolab/var/imapd/spool/r/user/r^test.
