[Kolab-devel] [issue2853] "Ckeck my calendar" not selectable in an invitation, if the "Enterpise" Header style is used

Test:
1. Switch to kmail.
2. Activate "Enterprise" Header style for mails.
3. Try to click on the "Check my calendar" button in an invitation.
This doesn't work.
