[Kolab-devel] [issue2849] Long word (e.g. URLs) will be broken by line-breaks when quoting

When replying to an email with very long word, e.g. URLs,     
those words are broken into lines in the reply, thus breaking URLs     
which would need manual intervention afterwards.     
     
Instructions:      
a) send yourself an email with a long URL, e.g.     
http://this.is.a.very.long.url.example.org/should/not-be-broken-somewhere-but-taken-over%20aslonglongline.html      
b) select the email and press the reply button.     
     
(Could not be tested on Windows because of  kolab/issue2848 (Reply emails are   
missing the quote).
