Test:
1. Switch to mail.
2. Start to create a new mail.
3. Open the "Add attachment dialog".
=> A windows native file dialog pops up.
4. Choose a file from the network section.
5. Press "Ok".
=> Error message:
Could not start process Unable to create io-slave:
   klauncher said "Unknown protocol"
appears.
