[Kolab-devel] [issue2403] Forwarded or Delegated event not displayed correctly.

Test:
1. A invites B to an event.
2. B forwards this event to C.
3. C looks at the event, but just sees a attachment, not the 
   event with actions.

Right: The event should be displayed in the normal way, so that C can accept,etc it.
