[Kolab-devel] [issue2431] some settings missing in kolab.conf in kolabd rpm

Kolab server 2.2 CVS:
server/kolabd/kolabd/kolab.conf does not contain:
bind_pw_hash
calendar_id
calendar_pw

This causes confusion when upgrading the kolabd RPM and merging settings from
kolab.conf.rpmsave

If adding these lines to the kolab.conf in CVS doesn't confuse kolabconf, they
should be added.
