[Kolab-devel] [issue2419] Todos: Changing the category types doesn't change selectable categories.

Test:
1. Start kontact, switch to "todos".
2. Create a test todo.
3. Edit this test todo.
4. Press on "Select" (Categories)
=> The Select Categories dialog is shown.
5. Click on "Edit Categories" in this dialog.
=> The Edit Categories dialog is shown.
6. Remove a category x.
7. Click on "OK".
=> The Edit Categories dialog is closed.
Notice in the Select Categories dialog, that the category x is 
still selectable.

Right: The Select Categories dialog is updated after a change of the 
possible categories.
