[Kolab-devel] [issue2405] Printing a encrypted mail should be possible

Test:
1. A sends B an encrypted mail.
2. B looks at the mail and prints it.
=> B looks at the output, but notice that the mail is encrypted at the printing.

Right: It should be possible to print an encrypted mail. The user must enter his
passphrase and the mail should be printed decrypted.
(See print.ps for the wrong output.)
