Test:
1. Start kontact in a KDE environment.
2. Activate Kmail-> Appearance->System Tray:
   Enable system tray item
   and:
   Always show Kmail in sytem tray.
3. Activate out of office reply.
4. Quit kontact.
5. Restart kontact.
=> the out of office reminder is displayed.
6. Deactivate the out of office reply.
7. Press the (x) close button.
=> in the system tray the kontact icon is visible.
8. Click on this icon.
=> kontact is visible with out of office reminder.

Right behaviour: In this situation the out of office is active reminder
shouldn't be shown, because the out of office reply is deactivated.
