[Kolab-devel] Distribute Squirrelmail with kolab

If you use 2.2beta3 apply patch2 from
https://intevation.de/roundup/kolab/issue2366
to kolabd sources, install modified version maybe using --force and
download and install
squirrelmail from openpkg.
