Test:
1. Create a new resource account.
2. Add an event to the calendar folder of this resource account.
3. Share the calendar folder of this account to user A readonly.
4. User A syncs.
=> A sees the read only event.
5. Delete the event from the resource account on the server manually.
6. A syncs.
=> The event mail vanish, but the read-only event is still shown in A's calendar.
