[Kolab-devel] [issue2499] Notification messages by the resource manager sould be localized

The resource manager is capable of sending various notification
messages via mail, like e.g.:

  Subject: $EVENT has been cancelled
     
  The following event has been successfully removed:

  $EVENT

when an event, with an automatic resource as attendee was canceled.

All these messages (including error messages etc.) should be localized
(with high priority on german).
