The "Synchronize Calendar" button offers a drop down list with
Synchronize All -> (list of all defined accounts)

If I select just a single account to synchronize, still all other accounts are
synchronized, too. The "Check Mail In" dropdowns work fine and only sync with
the selected server.


Additionally the button ignores the "Include in manual mail check" option for
the accounts, except when being used in the mail view. Maybe this is a feature,
but it is surprising.
