[Kolab-devel] [issue2440] Installing binary packages of 2.2-beta3 fails without -F -H

install-kolab.sh (without -F -H) of the packages in
kolab-server-2.2-beta-3/ix86-debian4.0 aborts after a while with the following
error:

error: Failed dependencies:
        gd >= 2.0.20 is needed by apache-php-5.2.5-20071206
        jpeg is needed by apache-php-5.2.5-20071206
        png is needed by apache-php-5.2.5-20071206
        mhash is needed by apache-php-5.2.5-20071206
        libmcrypt is needed by apache-php-5.2.5-20071206

This should at least be mentioned in the known problems section of 1st.README
