[Kolab-devel] [issue2437] Change name of service tab to settings

The name of the tab of this page
https://mail.example.com/kolab/admin/service/ is a bit misleading I believe.

The page is more a configuring the kolab server, than it is about services.
Hence I propose to change the name of tab from 'services' to 'settings', as
to better seems to cover what the page is about.
