[Kolab-devel] [issue3319] kmail executes "gpg" for decrypting (deprecated) inline OpenPGP, should be gpg2

New submission from Bernhard Reiter <bernhard at intevation.de>:
With Kontact Version: 4:3.5.10.enterprise.0.20081202.891698-kk2
clicking on a (deprecated) inline OpenPGP encrypted email
the console output has:
ibkdenetwork: user uses gpg-agent -> don't ask for passphrase
libkdenetwork: GnuPG exited with exit status 2
libkdenetwork: gpg stderr:
libkdenetwork: libkdenetwork: pgp cmd = LANGUAGE=C
gpg --use-agent --batch --decrypt
Now here comes the problem, because of gpg2 options set this does not work:
gpg: /home/btee/.gnupg/gpg.conf:17: invalid option
There is no error message, the email just stays encrypted and is shown
in raw text format. (Which probably is fine I guess as this deprecated format
cannot reliably detected.)
This might come out of Package: libkleopatra1
Status: install ok installed
Priority: optional
Section: libs
Installed-Size: 1856
Maintainer: Kolab-Konsortium Packager <packaging at kolab-konsortium.de>
Architecture: i386
Source: kdepim
Version: 4:3.5.10.enterprise.0.20081215.896091-kk1
Replaces: libkdenetwork2, libkleopatra0a
Depends: kdelibs4c2a (>= 4:3.5.5a.dfsg.1-8etch1), libc6 (>= 2.3.6-6), libgcc1
(>= 1:4.1.1-12), libgpg-error0 (>= 1.6), libgpgme11 (>= 1.1.6), libice6 (>=
1:1.0.0), libpng12-0 (>= 1.2.13-4), libqt3-mt (>= 3:3.3.7), libsm6, libstdc++6
(>= 4.1.1-12), libx11-6, libxext6, zlib1g (>= 1:1.2.1), perl, gnupg
My open is that gpg2 is used, if installed
and the mid term goal to keep our packages clear of gpg(1)
so that it could be deinstalled.
Bh, can you see if we can fix this?
