[Kolab-devel] [issue3020] Mailforlders are not created with Kolab 2.2 stable on FreeBSD 7.0 AMD64

I managed to build Kolab 2.2 stable on FreeBSD 7.0. (See also issue
2349, 3018 and 3019). 
I did run kolab_bootstrap without errors.
When we added the users with the web interface no mailfolders where created.

When I tried to connect with an IMAP client I've got th emessages "mailfolder
does not exist"
When I tried to send mail to the server teh message is bounced. I've got the
following messages in postfix.log:

So something went wrong with the user creation step.
I'm wondering is this has somethng to do with the build problems I had with
imapd (see issue 2349) or with SASL (SASL compiled without errors, but see issue
3019 about postfix<->sasl errors)
