[Kolab-devel] [issue3010] Mac: Unable to create IMAP calendar resource

1. Configure a disconnected IMAP account (mail reseiving/sending and contacts
IMAP resource works).
2. Add a new Calendar resource. 
3. Choose "Calendar on IMAP Server via KMail".
-> Error dialog: "Unable to create resource of type imap."
