  with klauncher-crash-fix.diff 
 
a) Create an event entry, enable the standard alarm (e.g. 15 minutes) 
by using the check box. Save the event and sync. 
If you reopen the event for edit now, the alarm will be shown as  
standard alarm. 
b) stop and restart kontact 
c) Look at the event again (open for edit). Now the alarm is 
   an "advanced reminder" and you need to go into the advanced reminder 
   dialog to change it.  
Expectation: the standard alarm should stay the same after sync,  
  stopping and starting.
