[Kolab-devel] [issue2968] Link to webmail on administration login page

With the webmail being integrated into Kolab as of 2.2 it would be nice to 
have a link on the administration login page to the webmail.  People tend to 
setup their server mail.domain.com, and typing that in a web browser takes 
them to the Kolab server, when what they really want is webmail.

It's simple enough to place a link to href="/horde/" somewhere on the main 
page.
