kdepim should use the standard windows filedialog as filedialog, or a dialog
which has the same look&feel like the standard dialog. Esp. should it be possible
to see the used drive letter. This is not the case in the current used qt file
dialog.

Test:
1. Start to create a mail.
2. Click on the "Attach" button.
