[Kolab-devel] [issue2615] If started offline and sieve support is used, kontact should display a better error message

If a user is offline and starts kontact, it throws a error message : "No
connecton to server", if sieve support is used.
This message should be improved, because it is too short and confuses the users.
Perhaps better: The sieve manager wants to connect to the server to check for
the vacation script. But this failed: No connection to the server xyz.
Properly you are offline or the sieve server configuration is wrong.
