[Kolab-devel] [issue2612] Calendar view setting doesn't work

In the "View" page of the "Configure Calendar..." dialog, the "Show calendars 
side by side" vs "Merge calendars into one view" combo doesn't work. The 
setting is applied only on restart of the application.
