Kolab is not an universal email solution, doing everything a man can imagine!
The wiki is a better source for such exotic request.

Anyway ....

You can do the same with pristine kolab, doing this

create an entry in the address book :

mail: somerealperson at some.other.provider
alias: someforward at kolab.server

(this will rewrite someforward at kolab.server  into
somerealperson at some.other.provider )

but kolab must accept email for domain "kolab.server" then
create another entry in the address book with just

mail: kolab.server

Easy
