[Kolab-devel] [issue2597] First sync doesn't create the Groupwarefolder.

A user configures his Mailaccount and presses okay. The groupware functions are
configured. But at the first sync he is not asked to create the groupware folder
and the groupware folders are not created.
He has to deactivate "Hide groupware folders" and presses okay on the kmail
configuration dialog to create the gw folders.
