[Kolab-devel] [issue2039] Horde: No invitations sent for appointments

With last week's Kolab CVS HEAD:
1. Create two Kolab users
2. Login to horde with first user
3. Create appointment with second user as attendee,
   with checkbox for sending invitations enabled.

No invitation mail is sent, postfix log shows now activity.

(Sending normal mails from first to second works fine)
