[Kolab-devel] [issue2036] Press "cancel" at the calender folder selection deletes an updated event.

Clicking on cancel in the calender choose dialog leads to missing events.

Test:
B has more than one calender folder activated.
1. User A invitates user B. 
2. He accepts the invitation.
3. User A moves the event.
4. B press on "put into calender".
=> A dialog pops up, asking B to choose a calender folder.
5. B clicks on "cancel"
Notice: The event is lost and the mail is gone, too. So I think B will
miss this event. Not good.
