Try to D'n'D an attachment from the structured view of a mail to the konqueror
and choose to create a link.

Test:
1. Create and send a new mail with an attachment.
2. Open the konqueror.
3. Sync.
4. D'N'D the mail to a folder and choose "link it".
5. Select a differnt mail.
6. Double click on the link leads to an error dialog:
 "file:///home/proko2ludwig1/z-21-test/test.txt scheint nicht mehr zu existieren."
