[Kolab-devel] [issue1968] Kontact should warn a user if he select one encryption type and select a key of the other type.

If a user selects one encryption type, he should be warned, if he selected a key
for a different encryption type.

Test:
1. Start to create a new mail.
2. Set encryption type to S/MIME and set encryption on.
3. Send the mail.
=> Because of a conflict, kontact asks to select a public key.
4. Select a OpenPGP key.
=> Without warning this mail is send and the receiver cannot read this mail.
