The user wants to create a todo from a displayed mail, but the context 
entry "create todo" is missing there.

Test.
1.Start Kontact. Switch to Kmail.
2. Double-Click on a mail.
=> a mail disply window is opened.
3. RMB and have a look at the context menu.
