[Kolab-devel] [issue1961] Sync changes time associated flag of a todo

After syncing the "time associated" flag changes.

Test:
1. Start to create a new todo.
2. Enter taskname and activate the "due"-flag.
3. Click on "Ok"
=> Create a new todo.
4. Sync.
5. Open the new todo.
=> The "time associated" flag is activated.
